A leading academy in Doha is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head of Early Years to oversee the EYFS Teachers and ensure the successful running of the Early Years department as well as continually striving to improve school standards. The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Recognized Teaching qualification (B.Ed. / PGCE or equivalent)
• Significant knowledge and experience of the English National Curriculum particularly at Early Years / Foundation Stage
• Minimum 3 Years Leadership Experience
• Creative, innovative, and resilient, the candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills. Good IT, organizational skills and management skills are also essential.
• Native speaker of English
• Must be here in Qatar (Local Hire)

A successful candidate should have high expectations of themselves with a professional working ethos and sound early years’ educational philosophy to drive the education agenda. This needs to be combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate both children and staff.
