Angela Fairs has led schools across the world, and has extensive experience in British and American independent, state, international and online schools, from selective through to additional needs and multi-lingual schools. She is accredited as a school Head across international curriculums including the IB PYP, MYP and DP, UK National Curriculum, American Common Core and IPC.
She is a lead strategic school improvement consultant who is a highly experienced educational strategist and international school leader, combining a first degree in International Business with a second degree in Education.
Angela has led very successful innovation projects across independent and international schools, achieving strategic visions and missions, and future proofing for success and growth.
She believes innovation in schools should be focused on delivering success for all – whatever that might look like. Having held senior positions in Apple, Google and Microsoft schools, she is highly experienced in digital transformation for 21st century learning.
Angela is a member of the Chartered College of Teaching and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Her latest executive roles are as education advisor to the UK Digital Poverty Alliance and The Institute of Equality and Diversity Professionals.
A Board advisor to online, British international, and UK state and independent schools, she has a particular interest in ensuring schools are innovative through inclusion and well-being, and a real commitment to high performance.
