Providing Strategic solutions: turned round 3 schools from challenging circumstances to Good/Outstanding. This involved not only work on teaching and learning and the curriculum, I was also responsible for Human Resource management, Finance and Estate Management.
Providing Strategic solutions: turned round 3 schools from challenging circumstances to Good/Outstanding. This involved not only work on teaching and learning and the curriculum, I was also responsible for Human Resource management, Finance and Estate Management.
International Consultancy: Linking with The Pudong Special School, Shanghai for development of international working practice in UK and Chinese schools; I have also developed several links with schools in New York City which was mainly alternative provision, for example a Music project in Spanish Harlem and work with Manhattan Community College exchanging practice.
Innovation: Development of Cyber Girls First Initiative, encouraging young women from Year 8 upwards to take up technology-based courses in Cyber Security with active engagement from City of London and North West Powerhouse. The project has been invited to 10 Downing Street on two occasions.
Currently undertaking a MSC in Mental Health ARU.
