I hold three bachelor’s degrees – Law, Education and literature along with QTS, NPQH, NPQEL. I have 20 years teaching and senior leadership experience in UK, India, China and, Channel Islands. As a classroom teacher I taught in EYFS and primary and was graded outstanding by the LA and supported other schools in the LA in improving their teaching and learning. My Leadership roles include Assistant Head, Deputy head, Acting head, Head teacher and Executive Head teacher. I have spent 12 years working as a senior leader in Ofsted Outstanding schools.

I have supported schools in school improvement in EYFS and Primary. This involved coaching and mentoring school leaders.  In my role I designed and delivered training courses for school leaders as well as set up new schools on UK benchmarks.

I am an accredited Cambridge Programme Leader. I am also a coach, facilitator and assessor for the UK NPQ programmes.

In my role as an accredited Cambridge Programme Leader, I design and deliver Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications in both Teaching and Learning and in Educational Leadership.
